The Humboldt County Association of Governments is scheduled to consider revised Transportation Development Act rules during its Oct. 15 meeting in Eureka.
The HCAOG Board of Directors agenda places the proposed rules on the Policy Advisory Committee’s consent calendar. The PAC is scheduled to consider recommending that the HCAOG board approve them. The agenda lists a staff report and draft TDA rules as enclosures.
The board is scheduled to reconvene after the PAC’s deliberations and consider PAC recommendations. The meeting is set for 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Eureka City Hall, 531 K St. The public may attend in person, participate by Zoom or watch through Access Humboldt, according to the agenda.
The agenda does not report a vote, final rule text, effective date or specific fiscal or compliance effects. Those details would need to be confirmed through the meeting record and the enclosed staff report and draft rules after the meeting.
