Jacoby Creek School District trustees are scheduled to consider a developer fee study contract, hold a public hearing on updated school facilities fees and vote on whether to authorize applications for state facilities funding at their Oct. 12 meeting.
The board agenda lists the facilities items for action beginning with the developer fee study contract. It then schedules a public hearing and action on Resolution No. 3, which would update the district’s 2026-27 school facilities fees.
The agenda also calls for action on Resolution No. 4, authorizing applications to the State Allocation Board-administered Small School Districts Program. It lists a state facilities grant update as an information item.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. in Room 21 at 1617 Old Arcata Road in Bayside. The agenda does not state the proposed fee schedule, the study contract’s amount or scope, the requested state funding amount, the project tied to an application or the outcome of any vote.
