Humboldt County supervisors unanimously adopted an ordinance Tuesday amending the county’s coastal zoning regulations to create density bonus rules that reflect changes required by the California Coastal Commission, according to the meeting minutes.
The board also repealed Ordinance 2777 as part of the same action. The minutes say the ordinance amends Humboldt County Code sections 313-111.1 and 313-136 through 313-157 and that supervisors directed Planning and Building staff to notify the Coastal Commission that the county accepted the commission’s suggested modifications.
The item came before the board as a public hearing.
